Collapse each pyramid by activating all blocks. Playing as Speedy Gonzalez himself, jump on the all the blocks in the pyramid to collapse it and reach the next level. Sylvester is hot on your tail, so you'll need to lose all your cunning, all your speed, and a few anvils and chili peppers (of course) to avoid getting caught!
